Vantage Glory 2026 (Pre-Game Draw) Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern Vantage Glory 2026 (Pre-Game Draw) ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 18 May 2026 to 10 June 2026, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP, ECN, Perpetual, Swap Free, or Trading View trading account with Vantage. PRO ECN and PRO ECN+ accounts are eligible and are classified under ECN accounts for eligibility purposes.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or Vantage App.

• Trade to earn Lucky Draw Tickets based on trading volume as follows:

  Account Type	Tickets Earned per USD 1,000,000 Notional Volume
  PRO ECN / PRO ECN+	2 tickets
  Non-PRO Accounts	1 tickets

  • For the purpose of ticket calculation, Notional Volume includes trading volume across all CFD products offered by Vantage.
  • Only trades executed after a client has successfully opted in to the Promotion will be eligible for ticket calculation.
  • Only closed trades in their entirety with a minimum holding period of 10 minutes, measured by MT system time, will be counted towards ticket calculation. There is no maximum cap on the number of tickets a client may accumulate during the Promotion Period.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

5.1 Lucky Draw Prizes

Vantage will review eligibility and randomly select winners within 15 business days after the Promotion ends. The eligible winners will receive:

5.2 Bonus Prize (Non-Winners)

Clients who accumulate five (5) or more tickets but are not selected as winners in the lucky draw will receive:

• USD 10 Cash Voucher
• Each client is eligible to claim once only.

5.3 Cash Voucher Conditions

USD 10 Cash Voucher:

• Upon receipt of the voucher, clients must trade a minimum of 2 standard lots on eligible CFD products to use the voucher. Eligible CFD products are Forex, Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD), Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) and Crypto (BTCEUR, BTCUSD) with a minimum holding period of 10 minutes.
• The vouchers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Any unused vouchers will be void after expiration.
• Additional clauses relating to the vouchers are described in the Appendix.

5.4 Adidas Gift Card Terms

Adidas Gift Card:

• The Adidas Gift Card is offered in partnership with GoGift, an independent global gift card provider. Vantage facilitates winner notification and provides access to the redemption platform, and remains the primary point of contact for winners in relation to this Promotion. The redemption process and fulfillment are managed by GoGift and are subject to GoGift's terms and regional availability. Vantage is not responsible for GoGift's fulfillment obligations once the gift card has been delivered to the winner.
• Adidas is a registered trademark of Adidas AG. Vantage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Adidas AG. The Adidas Gift Card is provided solely as a prize reward and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or association between Vantage and Adidas AG.
• Vantage will contact selected winners via email within fifteen (15) business days after the Promotion ends and provide a recipient confirmation page. Clients must submit and confirm their details within five (5) days of receiving the notification. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the gift card at Vantage’s discretion.
• The gift cards will be processed and delivered to clients within seven (7) business days after confirmation of the required details.
• Vantage reserves the right to substitute the gift card with an alternative of equivalent value if it is unavailable.

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices in connection with participation in this Promotion, including but not limited to churning, hedging and/or any form of market manipulation.

7. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion. This includes withholding or cancelling any gift card rewards in cases of violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive practices related to the Promotion. Any updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability in relation to the Promotion is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total value of any rewards or benefits provided under the Promotion.

APPENDIX

Cash Voucher

• To view the vouchers obtained, clients may tap on their in-app “Profile” icon, under the “Coupons” tab or access via Client Portal, under “Coupons’’ at the header.
• Clients must click “Use” and select an eligible trading account in order to redeem the cash amount.
• Vouchers are issued in USD. For accounts with a base currency other than USD, the voucher amount will be converted into the account’s base currency at the prevailing market exchange rate, as quoted by Vantage’s liquidity providers at the time of usage.
• The redeemed voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.

DEFINITIONS

1. Adidas Gift Card refers to a prepaid gift card redeemable for Adidas products, provided through GoGift as an independent gift card provider. Any reference to 'Adidas' in these Terms is purely descriptive of the prize reward and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Adidas AG.

2. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

3. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

4. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

5. PRO ECN / PRO ECN+ refers to the premium ECN account tiers offered by Vantage, which qualify for enhanced ticket earning rates under this Promotion.

6. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

7. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP, ECN, Swap Free, Perpetual, TradingView accounts. Copy Trading accounts, Cent, Premium, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

4. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

5. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
