This Promotion is conducted in conjunction with the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) market event.

The Promotion Period runs from 16 March 2026, 00:00 (UTC+0) to 18 March 2026, 17:30 (UTC+0), both times inclusive ("Promotion Period").

●Only entries submitted within the Promotion Period will be considered valid.

●All dates and times stated herein are in UTC+0, unless otherwise specified.

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

●Must be a member of the Vantage Global Official Telegram Community;

●Must have a STP, ECN, Perpetual, Swap Free, or Trading View trading account with Vantage;

●Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions; and

●Must not be an employee of Vantage or any of its affiliated companies.

Participation in the Promotion (e.g., submitting predictions) is open to all members of the Vantage Global Official Telegram Community. However, only clients who meet the eligibility criteria set out above, including residence in Eligible Countries/Regions, are eligible to receive rewards.

To participate, clients must complete the action outlined below during the Promotion Period:

●A dedicated Telegram topic titled “Make Your Call” will be opened for this Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, all participation-related actions must take place within this dedicated topic.

●Each eligible client may submit one (1) entry only. Eligibility includes account type and residence in an Eligible Country/Region. Participation does not guarantee that a reward will be issued.

●Vantage will post an official Promotion message within the dedicated Telegram topic requesting XAUUSD price predictions;

●Clients must submit one (1) numerical XAUUSD price prediction only, representing the XAUUSD Reference Price, defined as the closing mid-price of the 15-minute timeframe candle that opens at 18:00 and closes at 18:15 (UTC+0) on 18 March 2026.

●Price predictions must be submitted as numerical values only, without symbols or additional text.

To be considered valid, clients must:

●Reply directly to the official Promotion message using Telegram’s reply function;

●Submit their reply before 18 March 2026, 17:30 (UTC+0), i.e., prior to the Reference Price being determined.

The Reference Price shall be the closing mid-price of the 15-minute timeframe candle for XAUUSD (Vantage) displayed on TradingView.com, where the candle opens at 18:00 and closes at 18:15 (UTC+0), representing the XAUUSD price exactly 15 minutes after the economic data release published by the U.S. Federal Reserve (Fed), as determined solely by Vantage.

The following submissions will be deemed invalid:

●Standalone messages;

●Edited messages;

●Duplicate submissions; or

●Replies submitted outside the designated reply thread

Where multiple clients submit identical price predictions, or where predictions are equally close to the Reference Price, priority will be given to the client who submitted their entry first, based on Telegram’s message timestamp.

If the official Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) policy decision, statement, or related announcement published by the U.S. Federal Reserve is delayed, rescheduled, or released at a time different from the originally scheduled announcement time, the Reference Price and all related time measurements shall be determined based on the actual official FOMC release timestamp, as determined solely by Vantage.

Participants must base their predictions on their own market analysis, insights, or trading experience. This Promotion is a skill-based challenge, and outcomes depend on participants’ knowledge and judgment.

No element of the Promotion involves randomness in winner determination. Rewards are allocated solely based on predefined performance criteria and are not determined by chance.

The total prize pool for this Promotion is USD $100.

Winners will be determined only from valid entries submitted in accordance with these Terms.

Exact Match Winner

●If one (1) or more eligible clients submit an XAUUSD price prediction that exactly matches the Reference Price to two (2) decimal places, as displayed on TradingView (XAUUSD – Vantage), the reward shall be awarded to the first valid entry received, based on Telegram’s server-recorded message timestamp.

●The Exact Match Winner shall receive USD $100.

●Any subsequent identical predictions submitted after the first valid Exact Match entry shall not be eligible for the reward.

Closest Prediction Winners

●If no Exact Match Winner is determined, the prize pool will be distributed among the ten (10) Eligible Clients whose predictions are closest to the Reference Price (by absolute difference).

●Each winner will receive USD $10.

Tie-Breaker Rule

●Where multiple predictions are equally close to the Reference Price, ranking priority shall be determined by the order of message receipt, based on Telegram’s server-recorded message timestamp.

All rewards are subject to account verification, eligibility checks, compliance approval, and adherence to participation rules.

●Winners will be announced in the Vantage Global Official Telegram Community on 19 March 2026, 14:00 (UTC+0);

●Winners must self-initiate contact by sending a direct message (DM) to the official Vantage Telegram administrator;

●Winners must provide their Vantage UID, Account Number and registered email address within two (2) business days of the announcement.

Vantage will not initiate direct contact with winners. Failure to submit the required information within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the reward, with no replacement winner selected.

Rewards will be credited within fourteen (14) business days of verification completion.

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

●Violates any of the Terms;

●Provides false or misleading information;

●Engages in abuse of the Promotion, including but not limited to submitting multiple entries, using fake accounts, or circumventing the Terms.

●Engages in any conduct intended to manipulate or abuse the Promotion, including but not limited to:

●Using multiple Telegram accounts;

●Using automated scripts or bots;

●Impersonating other participants; or

Coordinated attempts to manipulate the winner selection process.

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion. This may occur due to violations of the Terms or any abuse of the Promotion, including but not limited to multiple submissions, fraudulent entries, or misuse of the Promotion. Any Updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total value of the rewards offered in this Promotion.
