1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Vantage PRO Upgrade Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 1 March 2026 to 30 June 2026, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is available by invitation only to selected existing clients in Eligible Countries/Regions who do not currently have a PRO ECN or PRO ECN+ account.

  • Clients who already hold or have previously opened a PRO ECN or PRO ECN+ account are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  • Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients referred by IBs are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  • Clients must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

  • Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or Vantage App.
  • Successfully open and upgrade to a PRO ECN or PRO ECN+ account during the Promotion Period.
  • Only the first 50 eligible clients who complete all participation requirements during the Promotion Period will qualify for the rewards under this Promotion. Eligibility is determined based on system time, and Vantage’s records shall be final and binding.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

Vantage will review the eligibility of participating clients on a monthly basis. Eligible clients will receive the rewards within 15 business days of the subsequent months. Eligible clients who successfully open and upgrade to a PRO ECN or PRO ECN+ account during the Promotion Period will receive:

  • One (1) USD 1,000 Deposit Rebate Voucher and One (1) USD 100 Vantage Plus Gift Card

USD 1,000 Deposit Rebate Voucher:

  • Upon receipt of the voucher(s), clients must fulfil the applicable conditions set out in the table below in order to use each voucher.
  • The voucher can be applied toward your next deposit. To use the voucher, clients must meet the following conditions:

  • The vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused vouchers will be void after expiration.
  • Clients must trade a minimum of 200 standard lots of eligible CFD products to withdraw the reward amount. Eligible CFD products include Forex, Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD), Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) and Crypto (BTCEUR, BTCUSD) with a minimum holding period of 10 minutes.
  • Vantage reserves the right to remove or deduct only the promotional trading credit portion (USD 1,000) from accounts that request withdrawal without meeting the trading requirements.
  • Additional clauses relating to the vouchers are described in the Appendix.

Vantage Plus Gift Card valued at USD 100:

  • The rewards are issued monthly to eligible clients and are subject to verification by Vantage.
  • The Vantage Plus Gift Card is offered in partnership with GoGift, an independent global gift card provider. Vantage facilitates winner notification and provides access to the redemption platform, but is not responsible for the redemption process, specific brand availability, or fulfillment managed by GoGift. Redemption is subject to GoGift’s terms and regional availability.
  • Vantage will contact the eligible clients via email within 15 business days of the subsequent month after eligibility verification and will provide a recipient confirmation page, where clients must submit and confirm their details within 5 days. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the gift card at Vantage’s discretion.

The gift cards will be processed and delivered to the clients within 7 business days after confirmation.

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Violates any of the Terms;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices,including but not limited to churning, hedging and/or any form of market manipulation.

7. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion. This includes removing or deducting only the promotional trading credit from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of such trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the trading credit. Any Updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability in relation to the Promotion is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total value of any rewards or benefits provided under the Promotion.

APPENDIX

Deposit Rebate / Deposit Discount Voucher

  • To view the vouchers obtained, clients may tap on their in-app “Profile” icon, under the “Coupons” tab or access via Client Portal, under “Coupons’’ at the header.
  • To use the voucher:

    • Client Portal: Clients must navigate to [Funds > Deposit] and select the voucher before submitting the deposit.
    • Vantage App: Clients must navigate to [Home > Deposit] and select the voucher before submitting the deposit.
  • Vouchers are issued in USD. For accounts with a base currency other than USD, the voucher amount will be converted into the account’s base currency at the prevailing market exchange rate, as quoted by Vantage’s liquidity providers at the time of usage.
  • The redeemed voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Voucher refers to a custom-issued digital reward granted to eligible clients, which can be redeemed using promo codes via the Coupon page on the Client Portal or App.

5. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

6. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to newly opened PRO ECN and PRO ECN+ live accounts (“Eligible Accounts”). All other account types, including STP, ECN, Perpetual, Premium, Swap Free, TradingView, Copy Trading, and Cent live accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated through hedging if violations are detected.

4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

5. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

6. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
